    Tynon 2nd sub loss

    Hi

    I posted this as a ticket on Tynon game. But i am thinking i have better luck getting through here...

    I lost 2nd sub on account "***********" (password: ******) on server 118, Beauty of Asopus.
    Now i know this game isn't your priority anymore. But please fix this. It can't be a big thing and you can't seriously expect ppl to keep playing your games if you don't care about players.

    I've attached file showing Ezekiel in form and 2nd slot closed."Click image for larger version.

    Betty, since this Tynon player from server 118 posted here , just as i had elsewhere, i'm putting information on this thread also !
    There is an existing thread in the tynon forums which we've all posted to previously with no action! Both players (accounts) i recently mentioned to you also put their own posts in that thread / post (which they did).

    Now with this Tynon server 118 person creating this thread here, i'm putting the information already provided you here as well.
    I sent in it to your NON-FULL private message inbox which you have not responded to, I have posted on many of the threads you have been on without you taking any action SINCE you asked to "...make a new thread and supply the account names..." (WHICH IS TO SAY SINCE YOU REPLIED WITH THIS MESSAGE YOU HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WITH THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED IN MULTIPLE PLACES INCLUDING DIRECTLY TO YOUR NON-FULL PRIVATE MAIL BOX EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN ON EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS SINCE I STARTED TRYING TO GET YOU TO GET UCOOL TO DO SOMETHING>>>>> [/B]

    Here is the url of the post / thread as I stated already exists , but per your request. please, you are on like every day, you stated developers are "at their job" today, Monday. can you please reply back on when these developers you and whoever else communicate with will make the very small amount of time to fix these two accounts? thanks

    Just go fire it up lol We have to try and wake them up. Thanks for the link, it makes sense to me now. Cause it is exactly what happened to me. I recruited Mulan late (after 2nd sub) and got the bug :-p

    Please tell us your user name to check. It's not likely that we can fix the code because not all players will trigger the bug, but we can fix your account if you meet the problem. Thanks.

Amra, Frantz79 would you PLEASE post back to this thread and in the tynon "... 2nd sub loss ... "thread iF / WHEN your 2nd sub correction is "done"?
    Let's hope it is less than two or three weeks from this calendar day

    That is I STARTED BY DOING THIS!!!! GREAT PROGRESS, TWO WEEKS SINCE I PROVIDED YOU WHAT YOU say NOW here are NEEDed, STARTED AND ADDED TO MULTIPLE THREADS, so HOW MANY HOURS DAYS FROM NOW UNTIL THESE TWO ACCOUNTS are corrected?

    Magic has occurred!!! Both players on 116 who had the problem have their 2nd subs back today, so that's less than 12 hours from the time the message got through to someone who could do something.

    2nd sub is open again!!!!
    Thanks to Betty for communicating with developers to get their attention.

    Hi i have the same problem as all above.Have sent several tickets to Tynon but only 1 automated reply and nothing to the others.
    I have sent my information to Betty in hopes this can be fixed,as i have been missing my sub for almost 3 weeks.

    Well I have sent my info to you Betty 3 times.Do you need it again as i have not had a response from you.
    This will be my 2nd Championship Warfare without my 2nd sub.A reply here or a private message,letting
    me know what is happening would be nice.thanks
