    Server 66 (Rashek) PvE issues

    Hi Betty, I was doing Crusade today, I passed 5/15.... Due to bad internet connection, when I clicked the chest, I must wait for a while because it said "connecting".... After a while no response at all... I clicked twice but still no response at all... When I backed to main screen, and I went back to crusade screen, the chest was opened, but I didn't receive any reward.... Could u please check and send me my reward?

    Hi Betty. I am one of officers in "Nemesis" guild. We just finished raid chap 14. Then I resetted the chapter. But I didn't know that other officer by the name of "woop woop" was online too and resetted it too..... so we made a double reset on raid chapter 14, because of this we wasted 71000 GAP. could u please fix the problem for us?

    Hi Betty. I am NOT talking about CRUSADE reward. I am talking about DOUBLE RESET of RAID 14, which happened several days ago by me and another officer at the same time. Could u please return the Guild Activity Points to us?

    Hi Betty, I invited my friends to finish my Ancient Temple. Due to bad internet connection, when I clicked the Temple, I must wait for a while because it said "connecting".... After a while no response at all... I clicked again but there was no chests. Could u please check whether the chests was opened and I received the rewards or not?

    Hi Betty, I play HC on my Ipad and sometimes on my Android phone. Both use same account. Since last update, I can only play guild raids on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy Mega).... I cannot play guild raids on My Ipad 2.... Could u fix this problem? Many thanks for ur attention.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We have submitted a low memory version to App store last week and are waiting for app store's approval at the moment which we expect to fix the crash problem on ipad mini/ipad mini2/ipad/ipad2/iphone4/iphone4s. Thanks.

    Hi Betty, Heroes Charge still crashes very often. Especially in Booty Caves and Crusade, when I am playing on Ipad 2. And also I still cannot play guild raids on Ipad 2......Could u fix both problems? Thanks

    Updates that don't include game codes changes will be automatically pushed to iOS version. So the low memomry version is not included in this update because we are still waiting for App Store's approval. Thanks.
