    Game crash issue iOS v2.1.173.401.11

    I am currently unable to play the game due to a glitch and crash on startup. The game boots directly into a mini game Iíve never seen before. If I complete the puzzle, it does not advance to the next screen. If I click the button to exit, the game freezes. I have already reinstalled the game and the issue persists.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please also tell us your device model and account id so that we could get more information from your case. And it looks like that the game is getting more and more memory intensive for older models along each of our updates. Please try close as many other apps in the background as possible which may help in some extend. Thank you.

    Hi, the device is an iPhone X running iOS 13.3. Unfortunately I donít know my account ID, and Iím not able to retrieve it in game since Iím unable to log in. Is there any other way I can find it? Thanks!

    Todayís update fixed this issue for me. Unfortunately I missed out on two days of daily quests and progress though
