    Exclamation Account Recovery

    Hello admins,

    I recently got back into playing Heroes Charge and I am truly hoping that you can help me locate
    my character account.

    Here is what I recall :

    I played on iOS before so I used Game Center. I don't recall linking being a thing previously.
    VIP level was at the very least 4-5
    My Team level was at least 81
    A lot of which were Orange +1 and such.
    I'm pretty sure my name was MidKnight.
    My server I believe was 41 Kelos

    I believe my last login was sometime in 2016


    Please help!

    Hi leader, we could not find a match based on the information you provided. Please make sure that the spelling of the character name must be exactly the same for us to locate the account effectively. If you have ever purchased items with your Apple account, you may try to search Apple's invoice so that you know which email you were using. And you could use the switch account feature to retrieve your game account if it was linked to that email. Thanks.

    Hi Betty,

    Thank you for responding. I guess my information provided is not enough which is justified as its been almost 2 yrs since I last played if not more.
    I found a bunch of transactions on my Itunes Purchase history with the e-mail: seraphimrasuto@gmail.com

    Attached are images of transactions and the dates. I also attempted the SWITCH ACCOUNT feature with the email above and it didn't work.

    Dear Leader
    Please try login your Game Center account in your phone settings with this email. And then run the game and use the switch account feature. We will ask our admin and see if he could help if the "Switch Account" doesn't help. And both Apple and Google don't share user emails with App developers that we don't have any email address stored as well. The iTunes receipt could help us confirm the ownership but cannot be used to locate the account. If you could find the one of your last purchase, then we could see if the time and amount match with the last order on our server. Thanks.
