I lost my account (didnt bind it, was playing from new phone and accidentially logged into an old binded account)

The infos about lost account that i remember:

Vip 2 ( bought "weekly card" 19.10.2019)
Guild: Champions, hope sthat still there beacuse was innactive from 21.10 monday)

I created a new account on the same server on my main google game accounts

I would appreciate if You could recover and bind my lost account with this one.
I tried send through a in game mail to your stuff, they only wrote that i should wait (autoresponse i think xD ), so im waiting from 26.10, and im trying my luck here
If for any reasones you can't help me nothing bad will happen :P going to play with a new account
