I am so sorry that I overlooked your post. We can see that your main account is still linked to the game center account:10398055792. If you have more than one Apple ID, you will need to login them one by one and ask their support if 10398055792 is linked to your Apple ID. And once you know which email address it is, you can use the in-game Switch account feature to retrieve your account. Thanks.

Hi, if you have any documents that can prove that you were in Venezuela. Please send a screenshot of your Venezuelan passport, ID or driving license so that we could confirm the ownership. Thanks.

We can see that Bordol is linked to a Google account 05497388153793075518. Please login your gmail one by one and ask the support if this number is linked to your gmail account. They will tell you they cannot help if it isn't. And then login your right google account on your device before running the game again. We've just removed the devices for that account so that you could login the correct google account again. Thanks.
