Hi, please check the "?" for more information. Broken Artifacts don't have skills. You will have to upgrade it to perfect grade to activate the artifact skill. Thanks.

I am sorry. I mixed up with other games. I mean please go through the artifact rules again. Broken quality artifacts don't activate the skill yet. You will have to complete a certain quest in the quest line, which turns your broken artifact into a perfect artifact to activate the artifact skill. Thanks.

I am sorry. I mixed up with other games. I mean please go through the artifact rules again. Broken quality artifacts don't activate the skill yet. You will have to complete a certain quest in the quest line, which turns your broken artifact into a perfect artifact to activate the artifact skill. Thanks.

The screenshot shows that you've collected 183 out of 250 fragments already. Please collect the rest fragments and you should be able complete the current quest leg. Because the artifact is incomplete that you don't have artifact skills yet. Thanks.

Hi Betty. But that is for the third level. I have already collected and completed first and second level of the artifact and the skills for the first and second level are still inactive. How does it work? I need to complete everything to make the first level active?

Yes.

And artifacts are useless. Dont spend stamina on them.

Well that does not make any sense - The tooltip clearly says the skill will be unlocked when artifact reaches level X... My artifact is level 2, so I expect to have first 2 skills enabled.. obviously

Your artifact is still Incomplete. You need to complete 4 levels before you get to Perfect. THEN you get a quest and upon completion,the first skill becomes available.

I'm working on Perfect Level 2 right now for all 3 heroes, collecting frags.

wait what.. so I first need to complete the incomplete artifact (collect in total of 930 fragments) and just then start completing the perfect artifacts (additional 2001 fragments in total) which will start enabling the Artifact skills? So basically almost 3000 fragments to finish that thing?
