Cant buy the same pack mutliple times in skin shop

Hi!

I just learned the hard way that you cannot buy the same pack (for example the 50$ pack of Psychopath, "Hero Chest") more than one time.
This leaves me in the situation where I cannot finish his skin without buying the 100$ pack ("Super Hero Skin Package"), which I definitly will not do after buying the 50$ pack.

Is there a way to reset the lock for me so that I can buy the 50$ pack again? Ingame support only told me that you are planning to change this, but couldnt give me an ETA...

I got past the vehicles, and now Im at the Giant Robot at the end of the level. I cant beat that.
