My Account has started from new again...WHY?

whenever I log on I am on a new server and i am on a new account. why isn't my logon goin to my city that I built up

Listen, we invest a lot of money in this game and this is how you treat us. You hijacked my account to another server. that's not where my city is. I put a lot of time and money into this and you have the gall to ignore me. I want to play my game or get my money back. I have filed complaints with paypal. this is no way to get customers. who the hell do you think you are.

Open a dispute in paypal and escalate the claim. demand your money back. hound their ass. if i was a free loader this wouldn't be a problem but I paid good money for this. and I want it back if this is not settled.
