Tynon CW stuck, GW down and Cerb and Baal down. Please fix.

get a support person to fix / reboot Tynon servers - GW bids can not be entered, neither cerberus nor baal banishes can be entered, GW can not be entered, CW stuck on Knockout Round V from December 27, 2018.

Sorry for posting here, but no response from Tynon support for a very long time.

After reboot Tynon Cerb and Baal started working, but CW still looks to be stuck in Stage V and now it freezes (crashes) when attacking in Arena or at Sea, and Heroic Realm crashes now.
May require more reboots and/or fixes.

Still no fix for 2 weeks now after Betty being redirected to server and maintenance department to check automation scripts.
Would appreciate any help or update on Tynon.
