    Avatar Frames Missing

    Hello,

    I got the frames when the season ended but I can't find them anywhere. Please help!

    I did, the S9 frame can ge used but the others, if I click them, i only have the option to Sell it.

    I have the same.problem. only able to sell them

    Problems with the frames

    Hello! I also have this problem.
    Betty, the players who are having this problem have received the frames correctly, but we are unable to use it. It shows to you we received it (and we did), but there's just the "sell" option, not the "use" option.
    It just keeps in the regular inventory, not being possible to select them at the avatar frames changing screen (when you go at the account info then select the option "change avatar" then "avatar frame").
    The S9 frame had an "use" button, and it worked fine (I use it at the moment). The Platinum, gold, silver and bronze frames have problems. They don't have the "use" button. Probably a bug within these items.

    I don't think it depends on the device the player is using or something like that. Just in case, I use a Samsung Galaxy s9+ with android 9.0 pie. I already reinstalled the game, and I would guess it is a problem on the database/coding.
    My account id is 1884562 and I'm on server 1 America, but I would also guess it affects many players.
    Could you take a look at it please? Sorry for my English.

    Not actually. I reinstalled the game but the "use" button is still missing.
