When does the event actually start, on the 31st October? I'm still not sure what the item list actually refers to (is it skin fragments?) but I assume it will become clear once the event actually starts. Still, any clarification you are willing to share would be much appreciated.

Is there any reason the purchases only results in 2500 VIP points? Seems like an inconsistency to me, as purchases worth $100 usually award 3000 VIP points, even though I do understand there's a chance to get them discounted.
