I understand them changing the art because of copyright or whatever it's considered (even though both seem based on Medusa with the petrify/turn to stone/snake hair so that seems like a given), but it's just been done so badly.
Yes, Blizzard won the case some months ago, on March. And uCool has been forced to change artwork. For example Riffleman not to be blue.

I think so or quite close. For example for Riffleman, jury order notes:

So that has to be changed, they made him red and do some minor adjustments.
