account charged but no gear

I purchased the $99 cleric skin package. It subtracted money from my app store, but it did not deliver the package goods to my mailbox. It does not show any purchase in the harvest purchase event, double basic gems, etc. So it would appear that I was charged, but nothing came through on ucool's end.
