    Lost Account - Please Help!

    Hello admin,

    I had lost my account as it has been unlinked and I reset my Heroes Arena data because of some bugs I was trying to fix.

    Please help me link it to my original google account:
    jeancarlamartin.031292@gmail.com

    Here's my game details:
    Player name: .xFIRE.QUEENx.
    ID: 5952523
    Level 84 - Rank Platinum V

    In this case, you will have to reset one of your devices. Because both linked to the same account. Register another Google Play or Game Center account to link your lost one and then we can help.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our admin told me that both accounts were not registered in the same country. So your passport record or flight ticket is needed to prove that you've been there when you created one of both accounts. You can send the screenshots via PM. Thanks.

    I'm just using a proxy server to get a better internet speed! I'm the one who owns both these accounts, I gave you all details you needed and even format my device to get you that new ID. Why is it so difficult to the point that you want to get my passport?! I've never encountered this on a game before hahahahaha.. I am located in MNL Philippines which is where the old account was created. I used a proxy server to get a better internet speed when I created the second one. Let me send you a proof on PM but I just want you to know, this is very difficult for your player to deal with.

    Other moba games secures their profiles with a legitimate username and password so that there's no chance of losing accounts even if there are several devices switching. But ya'll don't have that and instead of bending and making it easy for your players to cope with your account security functionality limitation, nope! You want to go through the rough path.

    I spent some money on my original account when I bought a Sylvis skin, and for a Moba game I paid for to treat me this way is so unacceptable.

    Plus, it takes you 2-3 days to respond to me.

    Honestly, I just to play my game.

    Had I known it would be this painful to deal with all of you, I would not have spent any money on that game. I'm so regretful..
