Limited offer issue

I have purchased the heroe limited offer 3 times today (5$, 10$, and 20$) and i didnt get the heroe. I shuold have at least 30 stones of the new heroe buy that 3 things and I only got 15 stones. The purchases are done and i it isnt working well, se as the Vip points that i got, because I should be Vip 6 already and im still Vip 5.
