Who's at fault for this error?

It seems Google play store refuses to find in app purchases. I've unlinked and re-linked Google play to the game and still get the error. I went to see if I had to uninstall and reinstall the game. It is no longer in the Play Store!! I started on the non-HD version, and now it is no longer in the app store. What does this mean?

Dear Leader
Sorry for the inconvenience. One of our Google Store promotion screenshot images was reported for nude or something and the App was temporarily removed. But it should be working again now. Thanks.
