Missing General

I made level 50 yesterday and chose to add Achilles into my 6th slot. He is available to fight in matches or war on map, but is not available to select as a general to defend. You can see the 5 generals, but when you scroll down to the second page of generals, you only see blank spots.

Generals are still missing when you go to the second page of generals.

I have lost my Sparticus - he has disappeared - I have mailed support but have heard nothing as of yet - has anyone else experienced losing a hero?

I purchased a general for 15 Gems, but he did not show up. So my Gems became lost.

yes i lost my sparticus once. Had to start all over at level one.

my general spartacus is of lvl 42 and

Just noticed that my general spartacus is no longer available in my general list. Any help in getting him back would be appreciated.
