I have 150 manipulator shards and 58 master hero shards.
I need 188 shards to redeem her but when i press use it says I haven't got enough master hero shards when I have.

Yea but it actually says in game that you need (however many you are short) "MASTER SHARDS" to get her. Just another glitch these greedy money grubbers ignore and wont own up to their mistake and mislead ppl.
