    Account recovery

    Need help with my heroes charge account. I used to play but I stopped and have a new phone now. can you help?
    I made a new account on server 213: Aukin Axe, name: olyvii, account ID: 28691572
    old account name was: LetsGoAgain, server: 155 startap

    Hello, Betty. I had to change my phone and lost my account.. My in-game name is “Winnbleid” and my new Account Number is 28595004. Please give it back!! Thank you! PD: I can’t remember the server... But if I see the names I guess I will.

    If you ever linked your account to facebook, Google or Game Center. Please try to complete the first few steps of the tutorial and then you will have the chance to check the link status and retrieve your account. If it doesn't work, please also give us the account id you see on your device. And then we can replace it with your old one. Thank you.
