can not link to gmail account

I tried to link my gmail account with the Link a Device feature in the game but it gives me the message "do you want to load nickname with level 1? warning: progress in the current game will be lost".

I had that issue back to Nov 2017 and you helped me to link the account.

Can you please to link the account again?

Dear Leader
If you could give us the level 1 account's id and your old account's. We could swap both account with each other so that the next time you login the game. It will ask you if you would like to link your current account.

This is my suggestion
1. Disassociate the IOS login from the Old account 27761958 but keep the Facebook login
2. Then I can try to link the device from facebook with android/ios

Sorry for the inconvenience. For security purpose, please link or attach the screenshots of your purchase history here or by PM as a proof of account ownership. And then please give us the name or account id of your old account along with the new account id you see on your device. And then our admin will determine if he will re-link your account. Thanks.

We can see that 27761958 can be normally logged. And 27761958 is linked to Google/iOS and was register in different country with other accounts that we will not proceed the relink for this account.
