    Did not get what I paid for

    I just bought the first skin bag and did not get it.

    I get the message saying that the item is already mine if I try to buy it again, but the item was not delivered.

    Also, I am not able to get the next bag getting a message saying that I have to buy the first bag first.

    I have received an email from Google Play saying that the purchase was successfully processed.

    Please help me.

    My ID in Heroes Charge is 28227959.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It's normal that sometimes it takes a couple of hours for Google orders to be cleared. Please give us the Google receipt number to check if you have not received the order yet. Thanks.
