Yeah you are totally right. Must have been a mistake when I went over all Heroes.
He is between B- and C+. But to keep it simple I have adjusted it to get him a C rating since he is not bad but there are better Healers than him.

Quick question: In your list it says where the heroes are redeemable, but yet I can't see more then three heroes in each shop that I have available. How does this work? Is it because I'm too low level or because I'm on the new server?

Shops are different on New Servers. Unfortunately I can only check the Old Servers since I play on one and the Test Server also has the same Shops we do.

On New Servers there are completely different Shop Heroes and Releases. If there are too many Heroes in one Shop they start to rotate them.
In that case you will need to reset the Shop sometimes to get the desired Hero.

When is the last time the tier list updated?

Last Update was 06-26-2019.
I added couple Hero Releases on the Timeline after that but I stopped with everything.

As mentioned I will gladly support anyone who wants to continue the project.
Sadly the community was very dead back then and therefore the chances of someone taking over is very slim.

Thank you for your work. Even now I am basing on this list. I still think the list is relevant. I am not a high-level player. I am currently 82. There are also new skins. I still appreciate your work. It gave me insight.
And yes, Commando with skin now is very useful. I know the community is thinning but on our server (250), I can still see many people playing.

Someone got recently access to update the Tier List. Can't promise the Tier List will be updated constantly but at least there was some interest.
As mentioned before I am willing to support anyone interested in continuing the project.

The idea always was to give a guideline to newer people, helping them to choose the right characters to invest on.
