    bonjour, je voudrais recuperer mon ancien compte pour rejouer apres quelques temps. l'ipad sur lequel je jouais ne marche plus et je voudrais jouer sur mon telephone maintenant .mon ancien id est 17207187 serveur 115 skiraxxus mon nom de joueur est HEMY.le nouveau id est 28706878 serveur 213 aukin axe.

    Hi Betty, I'm an old player from server 100 name Mahde232, I reinstalled the game recently and it didnt give me the restore popup to my old account, can you fix this?
    New player ID is 28706678 if its relevant, but i want my old acc back on server 100.

    dear betty , will you please have the admin team remove my progress on server 11, server 27, server 30, server 41, server 49, server 57, and server 58.... l would like to keep my current progress on server 24 and i would like to keep my current progress on server 177 so please do not remove my progress from those two servers.. thank you, my account ID 27496754

    If they belong to the same parent account. They can be recovered once. You can switch to one of those servers and then give us the new id you see on it. And then please also tell us the old in-game name you had on the same server. And then we can help retrieve your account(s). Thanks.

    Betty, on the servers I asked about removing my progress.... I dont want to retrieve them... I would like to delete them.. Server 11, 27, 30, 41, 49, 57 and 58.. Pls delete my progress from these servers they are all level 1.... I just want to keep my account progress on server 24 And server 177.... I wish to migrate upwards from server 24 with my lvl 108 on server 24 to some of the servers I listed to be deleted and I cant migrate to them until my current progress is cleared from those servers I listed.... Again (DO NOT DELETE MY ACCOUNT ON SERVER 24 OR SERVER 177) please just delete my account progress on servers 11, 27, 30, 41, 49, 57, and 58....

    Betty, I'm not trying to recover progress in anyway.. I am trying to get progress deleted from those listed servers so I can migrate from server 24 to those server..my accou t ID is 27496754

    Nevermind betty,... Sorry for inconvenience, I didn't realize that my current account on server 24 would overtake the progress on those servers once I migrated there.... Had a fellow guild member show me just now how it works.... So there is no need to wipe out any progress on any of the servers I mentioned... Thank you

    I've got also account and progress issues. I've replied to this post with details and also created a new threat with my probs. But now I'm waiting for the Moderater to control my posts. It's 2 days ago and I'm asking if someone really controls posts from a Newcomer??
