    Hey again Betty,
    I logged on HeroesCharge today after seeing your message to check if I had my old account back. I’m afraid something has gone wrong and I don’t know why. The server my character should have been on, Ice Mage, was empty so I clicked it hoping it was a loading issue but no. After playing the introduction (since it forces you to) I checked my account-ID. It has changed since I posted my original post! Do the account-ID change if you play? I started playing a little on another server in the mean time while waiting for my recovery. I’ve no idea what’s happening. I won’t touch the app until you’ve responded me again saying it’s ok to play.

    Hi I have recently come back to play the game but cannot access my original account. Name was bambino but cannot remember server I was on, I was around level 80-85 and can send details of purchases made on the account of that helps locate it to link to my new phone
