Help Request: Unbinding Personal Facebook Account from HC HD

Good morning Betty,

When the whole link to Facebook thing became available I made the mistake of just linking to my personal FB account when I should have created an HC specific account. I have now created the new FB account and unlinked my personal one, but of course I am unable to link to the new one as it just wants to reconnect with the personal. I have already gone into my personal FB account and removed HC from the apps list, but when I go back into HC and try to reconnect to FB it still looks to my personal account. Help please!

There's no such an option for us to unbind facebook in our system. You can try unbind it in-game. Thanks.

Hi Betty,

That is the issue I'm having. When I unlink from Facebook in-game and try to relink, the game only looks to the first FB account it attached to. Is there no way to reset that so I can link to different FB account?

Dear Leader
You cannot switch to another account by switching your facebook account unless you make a factory reset which helps delete your current login authentication file. And we can still see the account activities that any re-linking operation would mess the account. Thank you.
