    Lost my account progress when switching devices

    Hello,

    Server: (160) Visage of Solma
    Character Name: Rex_Ivan
    Account ID: 22932975
    VIP: 7 (I think)
    Team level:93

    Device: (old) Amazon Kindle fire OS 5.3.1.0
    (new) Windows 7 PC using Bluestacks App Player

    Problem: My kindle broke and now I need to switch my account back to my windows bluestacks. I signed in to Google Play on the blue stacks, but when I did so, my HC account went to level one. Please help. I would like to have account restored.

    I cant connect my google account that linked in my acoount. How can i recover my acc. Please help me.
