Got a new iPhone and the data did not transfer to the new phone. My account info:

Any help recovering this account would be greatly appreciated as I've put a bit of time and money into it and don't want to lose it.
Did you use the same Game Center account you used to create the original HC account?
It may help you recover your account.
Or leave your Game Center here for them to check.
Yeah I'm using the same Apple ID and game center account.
