I PM'd an admin a couple days ago, but no response.
I tried to update the game on my Kindle Fire HD from the Google Play store, but ended up having to uninstall and reinstall it to make it work. Now my entire account is gone.

Yes, LosS75 is the correct spelling. The 2nd letter is the letter "O" and NOT the number "0", if that helps.
Hopefully you're able to reset it for me! I'd had to lose out on playing the game any more!
