This is not an error. You're on a new server. Shops start with a small selection of heroes -- more heroes will be slowly added over time to the shops.Originally Posted by Jens8234
If I recall correctly, Arena shop starts with Rifleman, Tusked Storm and Old Curse; Grand Arena starts with Mystic, Deathgore and Vanguard Warrior; Crusade starts with War Chief, Nature Storm and Crossed Knight; and Guild starts with Arcane Sapper, Wizard Doctor and Ember Blade.
What heroes get added, and where they get added, is largely random. But generally, Commando and Death Knight are among some of the first heroes that get added. Commando is typically the first sign-in hero on a new server, and she should get added to a shop after that month is over - usually Crusade shop. But as I said, it's a bit random - uCool shakes things up, so your experience may vary. The sign-in hero usually gets added the following month to some shop.
