Not all my friends are in my facebook friend list...they simply disappeared...in the morning they sent me gifts , i claimed it and after a period of time they disappeared from the list of and it appeare a question mark as their picture at "Help Friends" tab... And only 24 friends are in the list and i have more than that...

Make it that you can send back help to whoever sent also to you.
Remove the Claimed button and replace it with Send Help.
That way at least you can receive help from people you already helped. Now you don't know from whom you expect help, its random and buggy.

Can we have a send all button with the increased list capacity? And why is there a 20 person max when claiming gifts? Can this be increased as well? Just make the increase cost gems
