I have over 501 hc fb friends

I send 15-40 help daily....only get 3-5 people giving back.

While your video shows it working....I am not getting the same results.

Simple to explain. It's mean friends that you have are not sending nothing

2 possibilities for that :

1) you are not in their list of send
2) They are not active on this menu

I think the feature is just no working good... For example, I have you in my FB friends list, but you are not in game on the list of people I can help. Same with a couple of other people I know that are using this feature.
Getting gifts are a lot of ? Users, so that could be anyone.

more than 450+ friends, and i have like 20-25 in my list, and even worse than that i receive gifts from 4-8 ppl per day.
