Here are listed some tips for you to get new generals:
1: Win Cleopatra by defeating 100 waves from the invasion task.
2: Use the honor you got through match battles to claim the corresponding general.
In addition, please be also note that the higher your commander level is, the more generals you could get and use.

Click invasion again see those chest open them the last one 100 has Cleo in it
