    Unlink a device

    Betty. My account was linked between an ipad and an android phone. The phone broke and i wanna switch playing to a new phone. When i try to link a device from my ipad to the new phone it tells me that my account is already linked? How do i unlink devices?

    Please login your Game Center account in the device setting and you will be able to load the game. Thanks.

    KIndly elaborate betty. My old device is ios my new device is an android phone. Please be as specific as possible.

    No need to use link a device option. Use your old google account in the play store, login to the game, finish the tutorial.
    After the tutorial the game will try to connect to google account, then it will ask you to load your account.
    Tired of ucool pay to win policy. Give them a 1* review.

    Betty I tried what nader suggested but it doesnt work. Even though i am now connected i am still seeing thr new game.

    The new game is in server 205 account id is 27788242.

    Please link this to my main game. I am in server 87 account id is 26083811

    Hi! Same Problem! I linked my Account to an IPhone an to an IPad. My new device is an android. Now, iOS 10, there is no GameCenter an i canīt delete HeroesCharge from any Device!
    When I link to another Device is says: Already Linked! You can only link once.

    Is there any way? Please help me!

    You can login your Game Center in the device settings after iOS 10. If it's still doesn't work. Please give us both your old and new account information so that we can help. Thanks.

    Betty it's been relinked now. I can now play on my new phone. The problem is my ipad is now a level 1 account. And i cant link cause it tells me the account is now linked. I want to play on bith my ipad and new android phone.

    You will have to make a factory reset to your device and login the correct Game Center ID, or please check and see if you have logged in your Game Center ID on your ipad. Thanks.

    Hi Betty. Managed to re-link my phone and iPad. Thank you very much. Please tell your in game tech support to disregard my request for relinking devices. I sent one request via in game tech support
