    4- Turtle
    5- Tarot
    6- Chemist
    7- Death Knight
    8- Soul Hunter
    9- Rose
    10- Hidden Needle

If Bunny is made available. he takes priority 1
Sorceress is not a top priority... Heroes with Extra HP go before her everyday of the week and twice on Sundays. There is no better boost than 22k HP

So with Evil Rabbit, Divine Knight, Wind Priest, Bloody Earl and Avenger off the list

My order would be for under VIP 11

    1. Turtle Fighter
    2. Chaplain
    3. Light Bringer
    4. Death Knight
    5. Puppet Master
    6. Tarot Prophet
    7. (L) Witch
    8. Hidden Needle
    9. (L) Crossed Knight
    10. Thunder Beast

    Honorable Mentions worth it too:

    Fiend Slayer
    Forest Fairy
    Ooze
    Ghost Knight
    Soul Hunter
    Dwarf Warrior
    Vengeance Spirit
    Skeleton Mage
    Silencer
    Depths Voice
    Cleric
    Bounty Queen
    Musketeer
    Mechanical Destroyer
    Shadow Shaman
    Forest Chomper
    Mechanical Birdman

Ones w/ HP training that IMO can wait a bit

    Disease Bringer
    Death Mage
    Imperial Executioner
    Vanguard Warrior
    Devastator
    Queen of Wraith
    Bear Warrior
    Queen of Nature
    Death Bringer
    Sword Master
    Cloud Walker
    (L) MM (No brainer why)
    Machinist
    Iron Hoof
    Ancient Protector

One's that can wait, because of no extra HP

    Sorceress
    Ninja
    Chemist
    Sapper
    Ember Blade
    Rose Fencer
    Griffin
    Queen of Curse
    Manipulator
    Desert Lycan
    Commander
    Fallen Dominion
    Demon Assassin
    Inferno
    Tusked Storm
    Nymph at Sea
    Dungeon Keeper
    Commando

Don't have Time Traveler, Serpent Warlock, Troll Princess and Corrupted Angel... If they have HP in their training pack... They would all be under the HM section.

The rest of the heroes are pretty much not worth it or VIP 11+

More HP isn't everything. Some heroes are meant to deal heavy dmg and are needed exactly because of that.
Such examples are Chemist, Sapper, DM, VS.... They should come long before CK who does well enough without training. And Chap is missing on your list...

First CK is a tank and a Healer now with his Legenday... Him staying alive is more important than dealing a little extra damage.

Chap is number 2 on my list - Shows you just argue to argue

VS and DM both earn HP...

With Death Mage she rejuvenates her HP with her ult, hence can wait IMO

With Vengeance Spirit she is in my Honorable Mention section and is definitely not top 10 so I don't even know why you need to argue that?

Sapper and Chemist do not need training to be effective.

The guy wanted a list, and I provided him my list. Not sure why you have to comment?

Bloody Earl with Extra HP is definitely Top 10

Also can you explain your reasoning for having Hidden Needle in the 9 spot for VIP 11+ and in VIP 10- HN #1 overall?

Then why TaP would be #2 ahead of Sorc and TF on your VIP 10- list, but #6 and behind TF and Sorc in VIP 11+?

Sapper doesnt need no training to be effective? Sure... Sapper is the Best example for a hero that definitely requires training although he doesnt get hp from that. I doubt that a non-trained sapper does have a Chance to kill a full trained WP in which team ever... but you may prove me wrong....
Same with TT. Non-trained: useless. But with training (no HP) useful in some setups to kill TuB or sorc.
Or DA, good DD - but only max trained.

Never used bloody earl in my alternate account, maybe i can't find a spot for him.
VIP 10- need HN trained. It is one of very few counters to ER, VIP 11+ can simply use ER vs ER.
Similar reasoning for TP. In WoG with access to VIP heroes, TP team can change, and therefore his priority in teams can change. You can swap TF and TP for VIP 11+ list.

the list definitely changes depending on available heroes. vip11+ writing about vip10- or vip10- writing about vip11+ wont be accurate. Vip11+ can skip certain non vip heroes cause they have a better Vip11+ replacement. DivK for example is pretty much a better version of Ooze in many cases so anyone with DivK available wouldnt have Ooze anywhere near their top to do list.

Aha, Ooze is similar to DivK?
Never seen my Ooze stopping healers or buffing attack.
Nor seen my DivK slowing down TF first roll and have dmg/heal summons...

they dont have to have the same abilities as long as they have a similar function and thats being a good offtank. in a majority of teams if u have the choice of sticking in either divk or ooze i guarantee u divk would be chosen more than 50% of the time. since u guys have divk, ooze just falls off that list. for those that dont have divk ooze would seem alot more relevant, u just dont realize that cause u actually have divk.

DivK is by far not as tanky as Ooze is.
And in WoG I still use most of time Ooze in TF team and spare DivK for healing teams.
Whereas in Arena now almost never use Ooze or DivK

id have to agree there, as is pretty much useless imho without training, situationally he kicks ass (usually against my teams) but otherwise he just jumps and dies

This is very much, where heroes like TT, DA, AS aren't priorities to train it definitely doesn't hurt only boost your options if you choose to fully train them. TT is a prime example he's as brittle as sagging bones because of no HP boost but he can do a shit ton of damage though if used properly when fully trained. I use him on VW, EB teams and found a lot of success.

this is where everybody goes wrong

Training Chap only gives her ONE benefit. Survivability

She won't heal harder. Healing is based on her INT attribute. Magic power and magic crit or whatever her other 2 attributes are in training field provide her no benefit. Those are damage attributes. Never seen a Chap dealing more than 20k damage
