BUG: GT shop doesn't always show Serpent Warlock

Someone else did some refreshing of the shop and was able to get it to appear (more resetting got it to disappear again).

It looks like Serpent Warlockis taking the same spot as another hero. On their server, when Serpent Warlock appeared, Time Traveler disappeared. Not sure if it's always TT vs SeW or if it's a random hero that disappears.

I think it is random. In my case the chemist is replaced by serpent warlock

This isn't a bug unfortunately. It's actually intended.
If you read the patch notes, it mentioned "...has a chance appear..."
You have just found out how it appears.
This should apply to the Boxer hero too

It's not a bug, they made it like that. You can reset the shop and you have a chance to see Serpent there.

Refreshed Soulstone around 6-7 times and always had boxer available. Serpent needed 3-4 refreshes to get him a second time
So either I'm extremely lucky/unlucky, the chance for Boxer is much higher as Serpent or Boxer will be available always...

Boxer was always there every refresh for me. Dont need SW so no idea about him.

So they did this because we all have too many GT coins in our "banks"?

And thank you for pointing out that the dev item indicates that it only "may" appear in the GT shop, this was so inconceivable to me that I just assumed it had to be a bug.

Putting random selections in cash purchase areas makes sense, but in-game only tokens? The only reason is because someone has too many GT coins and they felt a need to reduce the number.

Makes no sense either. Someone having "too much" GT coins will not need Serpent either.

Plus, hate the move of putting sign in heroes to soul shop store.
Yes, I don't have unlimited soul shop coins to redeem them.
Much better when is in crusade or guild shop
