Looks like the hero will still be exclusive to those who already bought him months ago.

Hate to point this out but anyone who doesn't have ER due to low vip threatening to quit isn't gonna even register on ucool radar. Why do they care if they lose all the non payers and low spenders, so long as they keep S27 happy then nothing else really matters
