    Lost account

    Hi Ember ,

    I lost my google play account with my new phone and i couldn t recover my hc account on my new phone. Please could you help me to recover it because the in game help doesnt work since many days on android.

    Serveur 125 - name : R☆loloaure - level 105

    I can send you all informations (id / number of gems...) and screenshots of last paiement by mp.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. For security purpose, please link or attach the screenshots of your purchase history here or by PM as a proof of account ownership. And then please give us the name or account id of your old account along with the new account id you see on your device. And then our admin will determine if he will re-link your account. Thanks.

    Here is the id of my Old account : 27030605
    Name : R☆Loloaure - level 105 - about 70k xp - about 150k gems - serveur 125

    And Here is the account : 27656167

    I would like to attach screens of my purchase history but how could i do it ?

    The in game help still doesnt work any more for information... when can you fix it?

    Do the screenshots, open the forum on your phone, log in and send them to betty via pm. If you have any problem doing that, send the screenshots to your email, and do it in your computer.

    You can upload the pictures to postimg.org and then paste the link here. If you are using a PC, you can attach the picture by using our reply toolbar to attach the pictures. And the helpshift problem will be fixed in the next major. Thanks.
