I'm wondering what the advantages and disadvantages of starting a new guild are instead of doing a guild merge? With a merge there are hurt feelings for those cut. A new guild means starting over with activity points and guild raids, which I don't know how long that would take to get back up through cry 19. Any input is appreciated.
