They are farmable it looks like. Frags coming from the new event. Doesnt say how many frags you need though

I was guessing that maybe the elite chap 19 (which I haven't gotten to yet) would be able to be pharmed for them. But if someone that has completed the elite phases doesn't see them there (anyone confirm?), then you have to spend LOTS of cash to get them?

But isn't that the "1st level" of skin? They say 1% and it "grows". By that I mean (and the fact you can get more than 200 TF frags for your $1000) that I think there are additional levels of frags you can add to get the % up to 10% (which I think is what it was set to on the test server).
But, all speculation at this point, as I'm no spending that kind of money to find out.

it farmable but not now, test server show it can be farm from chapter 18-19, but it ucool we talking about so dont know it will be there soon or rip it off all together, we see
Well, everyone needs to get their friends and all their guild mates to come on the forum and complain about this!! If not enough people complain then uCool is likely to leave the fragments non-farmable (cash only).
