Thread: Cant login to my account on new device!

    Angry Cant login to my account on new device!

    I can't login to my account on a new device, it's stuck on lvl1! I have tried on several different devices and only gotten my acount to import on a friends device.
    ARe the account hardlocked to certain devices? are there hidden cache files of account data? Since evenif I delete te account Im playing with on a device the HC account is still there!

    Im using s3ller [at] gmail . com

    my main lvl 105 account id: 16443422
    old account: 27521127
    old account: 16460180


    Its really frustrating that my accound seems to be stuck!! No matter if I sign in to my google play account! It should sync with the google account why doesnt it do that?!

    Please also give us the new id you see on the device to check. If it's a new phone, you can reset the phone and login your current Game Center/Google Play and then try again. Thanks.

    Right now its stuck with account id:16460180 even though I change gmail account, I cant get it to load accout ID:16443422, a game account is stuck on the phone .
    Why dont the HC accounts ties to google accounts?

    Please note that one device only support one login. You cannot switch to other accounts by switching your gmail. Thanks.

    How do I remove the "cached account files" without factory resetting the phone? I got root and can manually delete files

    No need to delete cashed files, game is linked to play store.
    Did you change gmail inside the game?
    Just login to the game, disconnect from G+ and then connect again, the game will prompt which gmail it needs to connect to. Select your old gmail and the game should load your old progress.
    Tired of ucool pay to win policy. Give them a 1* review.

    thats what I did but no matter what I do a HC account is stuck on the phone! even tried and removed the google account uninstalled the game and reinstalled it the HC account tied to the google account now not in the phone is still there!
    The game is seriously bugged!

    Try an app called parallel space, it will create anther instance of the same game. From there try to login to your old account, not the best option, it is a workaround solution.

    thnx Ill try that.

    Edit: Didnt help.I tries to load a lvl1 account.

    Why is my main lvl 105 account id: 16443422 stuck on the samsung s5 !?
