Yes, this happens to me and a lot of people I know have the same fps drop. The fps issue showed up after the update on 21st of February at around 1 pm GMT.

It mainly happens when I go past the first enemy tower location, all the way to the base spawn point (fps will stay around 15-20 at enemy base). If there are enemy heroes around, it is even worst.

My device is a Samsung galaxy S5.

Happens to me also but only since recent update, although today has been a lot better
