    Question Link A Device Problem

    Hi Ember,

    If i want to transfer my Account i get this message:

    "Your account is already permanently attached to the game center account you have logged in with"

    I'm new to all this stuff tbh. Here is what i did - downloaded nox, installed Heroes charge, then i signed in to google+,then i went to options>link device>this is new device>entered code from my g3 (this is old device), clicked ok and there is that message > "Your account is already permanently attached to the game center account you have logged in with" <

    Could u help please.

    My old Account ID: 2831309
    My new Account ID: 27492368

    Please transfer it.

    if you downloaded hc on new phone, then login to your same old google + account, then restart hc, it should ask to replace your level 1 act with your old one. you cant link a device from 2 phones using same google + account.
    (no idea wth Nox is)

    it's like bluestacks, an emulator on pc...
    i cant use the same gmail account there.

    He's a friend of mine. As far as I know, he's reset both his bluestack and mobile to factory settings but that still didn't work...

    i want to unlink my game from ios , because i got new iphone and my apple ID not same old phone , so please unlink my game from all IOS phones

    But you don't stay home often. Would it be more convenient if your account works on both bluestack and mobile devices? You've tried resetting your bluestack and mobile but that didn't work. Perhaps Betty has a way to help.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our admin told me that both accounts were not registered in the same country. So your visa record or flight ticket is needed to prove that you've been there when you created one of both accounts . You can send the screenshots via PM. Thanks.

    I don't think he kept the flight ticket or applied for any visa. He just travelled there for a couple of days, and it was ages ago...
