Problem Detail: Valentines Purchase Event: Players will receive corresponding rewards when they purchase a certain amount of gems everyday.

I made a purchase of $49.95 US which should have unlocked the USD 4.99, USD 9.99, USD 19.90, and the USD 49.90 rewards and none of them are unlocked.

I am owed the following total items:

34 Small Lumber Bundles
31 Small Ore Bundles
11 Small Mercury Bundles
18 Fortune Coins
50 Stamina Potions
32 Almighty Soul Stones

This is the MINIMUM reibursement I will accept. I should be compensated for having to type this forum post too.

You mentioned a suit. No need to go to court. The agreement for what I will receive is clear. If I pay for something and do not receive what I paid for, I can get my money back. I can dispute the charges through Apple and my credit card company...

Isn't it, the event, as the others before, are gmt0 based. And 3:52 AM GMT-6 it wasn't 0:00 past in GMT+0,so event wasn't active yet

Date matters too...it should've been active if purchase was made at 12.02. 3:52 gmt-6...

I should have included dates. 2/12/2017 3:52AM GMT-6. Which is 9:52am GMT. The event started at 18:00 GMT-6 on 2/11/2016.

The event started on 12th at 0:01 Am GMT0 yeah, second day started short ago
