Make a request ingame (options/support), explain the situation and add the screenshot. They'll refund it without doubt (it's written in the FAQ, we had the same problem twice in our guild, the refund always came) but you might have to be patient, it took 8 days of harassing, last time, for me.

that may be his personal id that goes with his name big fail, however you are definitely correct on which chapter being a redundant question
