There was no change.
Only that now all heroes are full trained, that was not as he was released on testserver while he (as any other new) was lvl35 trained.
So it could very well happen you try him in Arena and fight teams where most heroes have 0 training.
Baught him already and it seems that he isn't nerfed. But this is just first impression. He is not full skilled now
After the patch, his 4th skill will be nerfed from 324 to 264 magic resistance reduction.
What patch? And this is little nerf. He will be strong anyway
