Are you serious when solve problem with my account?.
I sent too many messages via ingame but still not reponse from ucool.
I really need help.

Pls answer and help me solve my problem asap.

Dear Leader
As I said before. Our supervisor refused to help on your case. Maybe he is not able to confirm your account ownership. If you were in another country when you created your account. The pictures of your flight ticket or Passport/visa record is needed.
And since it's linked to your Google+ or Game Center account. You may factory reset the device and try retrieve the account again. Thanks.

I tried to do again by renew my android, buy a new phone. But can't connect to my android account.
Im sure 100% about account, never wrong type password.
Totally, i did all that i need to do, but problem can't be solve. Need help from ucool.

How hard is it to reset your password on you google account?

Reset password for what?
I can access my android account linked, but it was level 1. On ios is normal with level 105.
I dont know why ucool still not link data for me.
