    Hi ucool,
    I can't believe why you are too slow and lazy when solve the problem for your customers stuck ingame.
    You r going to lose Vip 17 and high spender as well.
    Fuck, i must scold in this case and i don't think how you can lazy like this.

    But i sent a ton of screenshot about purchased, old ID, new ID as your requests... you have nothing to do and i can't play for 3days. What the fuck is going on?.
