    Our supervisor told me that he cannot confirm the ownership that we cannot help re-link the account. And since it's linked that you can reset your device and login the correct G+ or Game Center ID to retrieve it on your new device. Thanks.

    The only thing your supervisor can do is link data. But they did nothing
