Suggestions: Please improve latency issues. This is the best thing you can do, giving the players a seamless game. Nobody really wants to die just because of lag.

Got a negative review due to over afk-ing, when in fact I got stuck in the fountain. Avatar is able to move, lvls up, but is unable to move away from the fountain area.

NOTE: I have played Mobile Legends and I get that this is a similar game so it doesn't really suprise me why there are a lot of similarities. Hero and skill wise, I like Heroes Arena, so improvements on this area may not be needed as of this time. Improvement on latency is needed specially on SEA since a lot of players are here (not to mention PHILS). I like the rune option, that makes the game unique.

Today, I encountered a bug for Shop Window that cannot be closed. I can move the character but the shop window stayed on the screen, blocking the game screen.

When I first saw Shadowstrike, it made me an impression she kinda resembles Harley Quinn in some way.
The bad news is I think her current voice doesn't match her. Her voice is like the voice of an aged woman.
Please consider change voice for Shadowstrike because her voice doesn't feel natural for her Harley Quinn resemblance.

Just a minor bug nothing game changing or anything. I noticed when I clicked on the support category when picking a champ that abbadon appeared there xD

I went to the warrior category again and he was back in his usual spot, however it seems like he bounces to whichever category I go to.

Apparently he's a support-mage-tank-warrior-assassin-marksman, such a diverse champion

I understand that all mobile mobs (except vg) almost the same, but heroes Arena exactly the same map (dash) as in the mobile legend. Can be seen that ucool again took ready and a little changed.
